How can I reach Customer Service?

How Pinless Calling Works?
For pinless calling, you can get account over the phone from our customer service/online as below.
1) Signup/Create account
2) Buy Credit/Balance of your choice $10, $20, $50 or $100
3) Set ANI Number such as Home or Cell number, from which you want to make international calls.
4) Get Access Number
5) To make a call: Call on our Access Number (you will be asked to dial destination number then dial) 011 + country code (such as 92 for pakistan) + phone number
What is my Access Number?
MigCall provides unique access number to every customer. To see or get access number, simply login your online account and you will see your access number. If you do not have access number then click on "Get Access Number" button, on ACCESS NO page.
What is my Card Number/Pin Number?
When you dial access number and system says "Please enter your Card Number/Pin Number". That means your phone number is not added in your account to make pinless Calls. OR
Your Caller ID is blocked.
Solution: Unblock your Caller ID before calling on access number. OR Login your online account and add your number as ANI (Automatic Number Identification).
3 Numbers can be added, such as Home, Cell and any other number.
Why do I hear Beep during my calls?
If you hear a small beep after every few minutes during your call, do not worry about it because that beep is called call active beep/reminder.
If I Register/Signup a new account, how long would it take to activate my service?
MigCall account activation procedure is automatic. Your account will be ready to use as soon as you signup and make payment.
How can I Pay/Buy/Recharge my account?
Its very easy to create account and Pay online. Simply Register/Signup new account. OR If you have existing account then login with your account and go on Buy Now page. Select amount, you want to Buy and Click on Pay Now. You will be redirected to Paypal page. Enter your credit card info and submit the payment. You are done and your account will be ready to use. Note: Feel free and secure to make payment by credit card because we do not hold/save customer's credit card info.
I don't have a credit card. How can I make the payment?
Online Payment by credit card is fast and secure. However, we have other payment methods available. To find about other payment methods, Call our Customer Service.
How can I get 10 Minutes Free?
10 Minutes free offer is a promotional offer for those customers who received sales call and received Discount ID from sales representative. OR
If you are referred by any existing customer then enter email address of existing customer to get 10 Minutes Free at the time of registration.
I did not get 10 Minutes Free for referring a customer OR with Discount ID?
System generates 10 Minute Free automatically but for any reason if you did not get 10 Minutes Free, please contact customer service and we will give you 10 Minutes Free instantly.
